The guy from the shop we found that's willing to inspect it told us we needed a "pink registration" first. So, tasked with getting one, we went to Monroeville Messenger Service...
who told us no, since it was an out of state title we needed to start by getting the MV-426B inspection done. So, maybe Monday we can get this straightened out.
